Problem

Geographical constraints prevent us from accessing masses in person. Imagine there’s a conference you would want to attend but it’s in different state or a country? Although you can watch a recorded video later on you still can’t get the satisfaction of a live conference.

Solution

What if instead of waiting on organizers to make videos public you could attend the virtual conference live. Speakers might pre-record their speech and broadcast it simultaneously in multiple locations via hologram solutions. Just like hologram USA does its job with bringing late celebs back to life.

Target Customer

I’ll try to describe couple of personas that might need to use hologram services:

Motivational Speakers — motivational speakers, in fact anyone who travels the world and gives speeches to masses, could use the service. Instead of traveling all around the world they’d sell their pre-recorded videos. At least they could exercise the method in areas where they can’t travel…

Classes — Imagine Mike Tyson records couple of classes of workouts and sells the recording to boxing gyms. Every gym would have some top athletes train their customers.

Persona non-grata — There’re people like Malala Yousafzai who can’t travel to specific location(s). (Maybe Malala can travel to Pakistan but still it’s not safe for her). While there’re people who’d want to listen to what they have to say. Our solution would be a great platform for making such people’s voices heard.

UX

Let’s take Les Brown, motivational speaker, as an example. He would pre-record his speech in a green room. He would then franchise the recording to event organizers all over the world.

This way people from different parts of the world would have the chance to experience in person Mr. Brown’s life changing speeches.

Business model

Organizers get the income from revenues and pay franchise fee to the speaker. Hologram service provider gets the share.
